FIRST TIME INSTALLATION: MSDOS 
==============================

  The floppy disk contains two automatic installation files:

    1) C.EXE = which installs to hard disk drive "C"
    
    2) D.EXE = which installs to hard disk drive "D"


    From the dos prompt: e.g. A:\ or B:\

    Type: - "C" or "D" and press [ENTER]


INSTALLING UNDER WINDOWS 3.1
============================

  Whilst the program is designed to be installed and run from DOS, it does
  work under WINDOWS 3.1. (Windows 3.0 has not been tested.)

  To install: 1) Insert the disk into your floppy drive. e.g. A:\ or B:\
              2) Launch Windows and open up the Program Manager.
              3) Click onto File.
              4) Select Run.
              5) Click on to Browse.
              6) Change to your floppy drive. e.g. A:\ or B:\
              7) Select either:

                 C.EXE = installs to hard disk drive "C"
                 D.EXE = installs to hard disk drive "D"

              8) Click Okay.
              9) Click Okay again.
             
  N.B.  Under WINDOWS this program may run slightly slower, depending
        on your system. This is due mainly to memory requirements etc...



VIEWING THE PROGRAM LATER.
=======================

  To view the program later, you will find the main program file "LONGLIFE.EXE"
  in a sub directory on your hard disk drive labelled:
                    
                                     C:\LONGLIFE or D:\LONGLIFE


                     Simply type: 1) "C:\LONGLIFE"  Press [ENTER] or
                                     "D:\LONGLIFE"  Press [ENTER] 

                     Then again:  2) "LONGLIFE"     Press [ENTER]
